the room overlooked the golf course, a welcome upgrade from reception. a balcony was available for us. i found the bed very comfortable and the facilities matched my expectations.
i noticed the shower leaked across the bathroom floor. this posed a potential hazard. i also struggled to regulate the room temperature with the air conditioning system.

the gym included three treadmills and two stationary bikes. the pool area featured twenty loungers and a shaded section.. the hotel also has golf facilities and offers spa treatments to enjoy during their visit.

The king-size bed in my room was very comfortable. I found the Elemis toiletries in the bathroom a welcome touch. The tea and coffee making facilities were also appreciated (I always enjoy a morning coffee).
The small television in the room could perhaps be updated.

our double or twin room disability access had ample space and a comfortable bed. i found the bathroom fixtures easy to use with thoughtful design. the views from the room were calming as i looked out onto the green surroundings. i appreciated the quiet atmosphere in this part of the hotel as it promoted relaxation.
i observed that some areas within the leisure facilities need minor updates.

staff members were readily available at the reception desk and helpful with directions. requests were handled with efficiency making me feel accommodated. clear signage throughout the premises was very useful for navigation throughout my stay.

the hotel room, a superior double or twin room, was a good size and I liked the layout. I was happy to see the staff where friendly and helpful when i asked questions. the evening meal was good and the service was excellent. the gym had plenty of equipment.
the hotel looks a little shabby, especially the cracked floor tiles near the reception. the shower area needed attention with someone else's hair in the cubicle. the swimming pool water was quite cold, not very enjoyable.
